What was the biggest challenge you faced in creating your store

• Understanding fields in product and unsure how is it used, i.e. collection, tag.
• Quite tedious steps to create a product, hopefully shop 2.0 has nailed that!

What worked really well when using our platform?

• The provided image search functionality is very helpful. As well as the overall admin platform experience and the guide.

What could be improved when using our platform?

• It would be great if we could add some hints or example of what each fields of product is used (collection, product type, tag). Themes customization experience could be better.

How did this experience help you build empathy for our merchants?

• It allows me to put myself into merchant shoes and has first hand experience how is it like to use the platform. If I am struggling to use certain feature, so would the merchant and we need to improve that!

What is your biggest takeaway from this experience?

• Overall experience of creating a shop looks simple on Shopify platform. I am amazed by myself of the outcome.
